Build alongside founders at a similar stage
Building a SaaS company means making constant decisions: pricing, positioning, hiring, focus. Most founders make those calls alone.
The Mastermind Group gives you a consistent space to think through those decisions with other founders who are operating at a similar level and facing comparable challenges.
You leave each session with clarity on what to do next.
Small curated groups
You’ll be placed with founders in a similar range: under $1k/month, $1k–$10k/month, $10k–$50k/month, or over $50k/month.

Structured discussions
Each session follows a clear format to keep conversations focused and lead to specific next steps.

Consistent progress
Every meeting ends with a commitment. At the next session, we revisit what was done and what changed.

90-minute mastermind sessions
Bi-weekly sessions in a small group of B2B SaaS founders, guided by one experienced facilitator.
Phase 1: Wins and progress (0–15 min)
We begin with a short round of updates. Each founder shares what has happened in their business since the previous session. This keeps the group informed and provides context for the discussions that follow.
Phase 2: Current challenges and discussion (15-70 min)
The main part of the session is dedicated to current challenges. Founders who have something they are working through bring it to the table. We start by asking questions to fully understand the situation before moving into suggestions and shared experience.
The goal is not to offer quick opinions, but to help the founder think through the issue with clarity and input from peers who understand their stage of business. The facilitator keeps the discussion focused and ensures the conversation stays productive.
Phase 3: Resources and commitments (70-90 min)
Before we close, members may briefly share a resource or insight that could help others. Each founder then states one concrete action they will take before the next meeting. At the following session, we revisit those commitments.

Guided by a founder building AI-native SaaS infrastructure
Each mastermind group is led by Ilaria (Ellya) de Virgiliis, founder of Conceptum Aura AI, an AI-native platform designed to transform internal company knowledge into structured onboarding and workforce development systems.
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital strategy, she has led brand positioning, growth initiatives, and platform development across B2B environments, helping organizations structure knowledge and build scalable digital ecosystems.
Alongside her startup work, she serves as Managing Director at Actors UK, where she oversees strategic growth, digital infrastructure, and industry partnerships.
In mastermind sessions, her role is to guide the discussion, manage the time, and keep conversations focused and productive. She also helps create an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing, encouraging quieter participants to share their perspectives.

Mastermind commitment policy
At the SFC Community, we think a successful Mastermind experience relies on everyone being committed and engaged. To make sure you get the most out of your Mastermind group, here’s what we ask you to agree to when you apply:
Respond to the intro email and start chatting with your group within two business days of getting matched.
Be open to scheduling your first meet-up within two weeks of your matches.
If you feel like you’ve been matched with the wrong group, stick with them for at least 60 days before asking for a rematch. This means:
Attending meetings
Joining in on discussions
Giving helpful feedback to others in the group
Remember, building strong relationships takes time. If you withdraw too soon, even if you think the Mastermind isn't for you, it can affect everyone else in the group.
Make a commitment to fully participate for the first 90 days before deciding whether you want to keep going.
If you don’t meet these expectations and don’t show a genuine effort to engage with your group, you won’t be eligible for a rematch in the future.
We really appreciate your commitment to making this a valuable experience for yourself and your fellow participants.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at m.me/saasfoundersclub.
