Curated Mastermind for SaaS Founders
Small groups of SaaS founders with real experience, sharing context, insights, and helping each other make better decisions.
Schedule: Every two weeks on Tuesdays or Wednesdays
Time: Around 12:00 to 1:30 PM EDT (UTC−4)
Commitment: 3-month cycle with the same group
You’ll confirm your spot once the group is formed.
Build alongside founders at a similar stage
Building a SaaS company means making constant decisions: pricing, positioning, hiring, focus. Most founders make those calls alone.
The Mastermind gives you a consistent space to work through those decisions with founders facing similar challenges and operating at a comparable level.
You leave each session with clarity on what to do next.
Carefully curated groups
Each group is intentionally shaped to bring together founders at a similar stage, with enough overlap in context to make discussions relevant and useful.

Structured discussions
Each session follows a clear format to keep conversations focused and move from understanding the problem to actionable next steps.

Consistent progress
Every session ends with a concrete commitment. At the next meeting, we revisit what was done and what changed.

90-minute mastermind sessions
Small group of SaaS founders. One facilitator. Focused, practical discussions.
Before each session, you come prepared with:
One thing that is currently working really well in your business activities
One thing you need help with, are struggling with, or want to brainstorm about
One resource, such as a blog, podcast, service, or product, that you think others in the group would appreciate knowing about.
During the session:
We go through real situations founders are dealing with, ask questions to fully understand them, and share input based on actual experience.
The goal is not quick opinions, but helping you think through decisions with clarity.
Each session ends with:
One concrete action you commit to before the next meeting. At the next session, we revisit what was done and what changed.

Guided by a founder building AI-native SaaS infrastructure
Each mastermind group is led by Ilaria (Ellya) de Virgiliis, founder of Conceptum Aura AI, an AI-native platform designed to transform internal company knowledge into structured onboarding and workforce development systems.
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital strategy, she has led brand positioning, growth initiatives, and platform development across B2B environments, helping organizations structure knowledge and build scalable digital ecosystems.
Alongside her startup work, she serves as Managing Director at Actors UK, where she oversees strategic growth, digital infrastructure, and industry partnerships.
In mastermind sessions, her role is to guide the discussion, manage the time, and keep conversations focused and productive. She also helps create an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing, encouraging quieter participants to share their perspectives.
